Ministerial Fellowship FAQ
What does the program look like?
The Triad Fellowship is designed to produce better church volunteers, new staff members, campus pastors, and lead pastors who start churches. To that end, each Fellowship member will be immersed in weekly informational and educational seminars; be paired with a one-on-one mentor; and work in highly functioning church environments. We expect the process from start to finish to take 24 months, depending on the person.
What will it cost?
We will ask each Fellowship member to contribute $150 monthly ($225 for couples) to the Triad Fellowship. Those proceeds will fund the program by, among other things, paying for the fantastic speakers and contributors that we want to bring your way.
What will I get out of it?
It is the goal of the Triad Fellowship to hone your calling by providing you with access to top notch churches and individuals who do ministry at a high level. At a successful end of the Fellowship program, you will be credentialed as a minister and empowered to start a church.
Can I keep going to my own church?
Yes.
Is there funding available for new churches?
While no funding is promised, for qualified Triad Fellowship members who complete our program, the Triad Fellowship will make efforts to locate and assist in the procurement of financing through our partnership networks.
How many hours a week will I be expected to contribute?
Approximately three to four hours a week will be spent each week, where you will enjoy amazing instruction, guidance, and fellowship.
Am I guaranteed to get in?
No. We are looking for people who want to go deeper into their calling. Not everyone is at this place. We aim to select 20 people to train to start churches across the Triad.
What does the application process look like?
Once you click the link and fill out the interest form, you will be emailed a detailed application. (It's long because we want to make sure that we will be a good fit for each other.) Qualified applicants will be invited to a day of interviews, and from those interviews, we will select 20 people to train to start churches across the Triad.
When will we start, and when will we finish?
We expect the process from beginning to starting a church to take 24 months, depending on the person.
What experience do you have in starting churches?
The Triad Fellowship has helped to start churches and partnered with multiple pastors, who themselves have started dozens of churches, and we can't wait to show you how to do it, if this is your calling.
